Handyman for Multiple Small Projects

We are wanting our condo in selling condition. Small projects include: 1) Fixing a curtain rod (you will need a concrete drill bit) 2) Fixing supports holding up countertop at the kitchen bar 3) Adding molding around the bathroom mirror (give the image of a frame) 4) Check all crown molding, sand/clean up edges and seams. 5) Check all calking and replace as needed 6) We are open to anything else that will help buyers choose our home! We are on a VERY tight schedule needing this work to be completed by 11/8 the latest, we would like you to start ASAP. Happy to answer any questions, thank you!
