Townhome in Royersford Pa, 19468 Demo, install and total finishing of 100 square foot bathroom: No change to electric or plumbing- keeping same foot print Remove tub, replacing with walk- in shower w/slider doors, replacing toilet & vanity, lighting and fixtures. We will choose and purchase finishing materials (shower/floor tile, shower doors, vanity & toilet, lights & fixtures and mirror) and have them on site, or available for local store pick up (Lowes/Home Depot), at the of job.
