1) Demo - Shower Pan, Shower glass door, tile bench approximately 20" from floor up. 2) Frame new shower dam (flat dam) 3) Hot Mop 4) New Trim Drain 5) Tile Shower floor/dam 20" from floor + new grout/silicone 6) Install dry wall garage - texture to blend - primer/paint affected area only Please include material, labor, trash out in quote amount$. Please quote separately - Shower Door - Drain below tile - any woodwork (2x4 plywood) - tiles to be paid by customer ( we go buy it together once estimate is agreed upon)
