Looking for handy man who can take care of a 20 unit multi unit building in Fishtown. Expectations: handle all usual and expected repairs including faucets, appliances, hvac, apartment wear and tear, etc. Compensation $2000-3000 per month. Apartment turnover will pay extra. Must be responsible with excellent references. Living in Fishtown area preferred.
