Rental home inspection was done 02.27.25 and discovered following needs fixed: 1. Rewire GFCI receptacle in basement bathroom to be properly grounded 2. Re-install missing handrail at the top of the interior, basement steps 3. Reattach door frame of rear right in front bedrooms 4. Reattach bottom connection of handrail on second floor steps 5. Take pictures and send to owner showing proof of completion
