Sealant for Roof - Apply

My roof is leaking because the box vent and two pipe vents were not sealed properly. They need to be replaced or re-sealed. Some drip edge needs to be repaired. Maybe a few shingles need to be replaced. There are two 4x8 sheets of decking that are discolored, but they might dry out. The gutters are full of leaves.
