In the half-bath, demolish current sink vanity and medicine cabinet, take off mirror and towel rack. Patch wall where medicine cabinet was. Put up wall paper on the walls, repaint ceiling. Install new vanity: http://www.amazon.com/Fairmont-Designs-148-V23-Contour-Collection/dp/B005UU2EVS. All materials will be provided by us. The bathroom is 58” x 59” size, with an appr. 8 foot ceiling.
