Bathroom Remodeling

PROJECT #1 01) Replace master bathroom ceiling (small area): Tear out current ceiling and disconnect ceiling light/fan. 02) Check for signs of recent or current water leaking from area directly above shower stall. 03). Replace insulation previously removed. 04) Drop in new ceiling, mud, paint and pop texture to match surrounding area. 05) Replace sliding doors and frame to shower area. 06) Prime/kilz and paint small vanity area, damaged by slight water stains. 07) Prime/kilz and paint narrow stripe on ceiling in master bedroom to cover water stain. PROJECT #2 There are various other, separate jobs throughout the condo, which require attention. They include: Electrical/lighting fixture replacement/replacing ceiling fans/check wiring for faulty connection(s)/replace switches/ etc.; Plumbing/replace leaking vanity fixtures/check dishwasher connection/replace kitchen faucet and sprayer hose set; Drywall and Painting/repair areas throughout condo for damage to drywall and repair/paint various rooms or areas as identified; Carpentry/replace vanity base and sink top in small master bathroom vanity area/possibly replace vanity top in guest bath; Flooring/replace old vinyl floors in both bathrooms (2)/kitchen/possibly entry foyer; Misc./replace door to master bedroom/carpet cleaning(?)/replace sliding doors to patio; Others/to be identified as deemed necessary. NOTE: Project #1 is in need of immediate attention and should not take more than several days to complete.. Project #2 can be addressed in stages along side of Project #1 and after completion of Project #1.
