Bathroom Remodeling

I have approximately 20 apartments that need to be brought up to FHA requirements. This will include removing an existing 30 inch bathroom door and replacing with a 34 inch unit, replacing the vinyl flooring, finishing the trim work and repainting, installing a new vanity top to allow for an "offset" sink, and general cleanup. The units will be occupied during the work, so attentiveness to detail and an ability to work in an occupied unit is a must. Please reply with references if you are interested. The work needs to be completed over a one-year period, so we have flexibility with regards to the schedule. We could break it into smaller jobs or do it all at once, for example.
