Bathroom Remodeling

Shower rest needs caulking (water seeps into sunken tub area divider). Sunken tub sitting rest needs rotten wood cleaned out and a foundation made to replace tile to rest on it. We want it to be usable; nothing fancy so that rest is covered and baths can be taken,
