Bathroom Remodeling

Bathroom linoleum floor is wet and likely has rot/mold underneath in the wood which needs to be replaced. Doing tile floors to replace linoleum and need a new toilet installed as well, which is the source of the wet floor. More work to follow with shower and painting. Just need to fix floor ASAP
