Garage Shaking Really Hard When Opening

The garage door shakes really hard when opening, almost like something is "stuck" when it is trying to open. After the initial shaking, the garage door opens all the way quietly with no problems. This only happens if the garage door has not been opened in 6 hours. The door will not shake if I try it a 2nd time right after closing the garage.
