What would be the most flexible/ all around nail gun for a homeowner who can only afford one gun?

I'm remodeling a single wide in a park, interior and exterior. Room addition, Framing, Siding, trim-out, etc. Need a suggestion on a nail gun system. Both a lower and medium budget.
