How do I uninstall a dishwasher?

  First turn off the power to the dish washer. Then turn off the water that goes to it - you will normally find the turn off under the sink. Remove the lower front panel on the dishwasher. Put a towel under it and disconnect the water line from the dishwasher. Some water will run out but if you have it turned off it shouldn't be much and your towel will soak it up. Remove the front of the remove the lid to the electrical connection box under the dishwasher and disconnect the power. Open the dishwasher door and remove two screws at the top that fasten the dishwasher to the cabinet. Then you can pull the dishwasher out of the hole. You may need to feed the drain pipe out of the sink cabinet to allow the dishwasher to come out all the way. Disconnect the drain pipe inside the sink cabinet and drain into a low container as best you can and pull it out the side of the cabinet. Finish draining the water out jof the pipe and you are done.
